Lincolnshire Energy from Waste Facility

As a process driven project, the building works for the Energy from Waste Plant were being coordinated by Clugston Construction.

Their urgent request was to ensure the envelope of the unit was watertight in order to keep other trades active and meet the final target date.

Clugston Construction relied on FK’s experience to sequence high-level activity and resolve any issues that had deviated away from the original programme. This was all met under strict time constraints and the entire design and build was completed in a safe and profitable manner.
