The 145,000 sq. feet new office building for BUPA will see nearly 2,000 current employees re-locate from neighbouring buildings.

BUPA see this new development as an opportunity to pursue a building which is more environmentally sustainable through design, fit out, location and approach to travel, following their successful collaborations and negotiations with Peel Land and Property Group who developed MediaCity nearby.

FK Group were invited from the outset, by the professional team to assist in developing the budget and design elements.
