We have a clear Sustainability Strategy, with established targets, and our ultimate aim is to be recognised as the leading provider of sustainable building envelope solutions. As proof of our commitment to the environment, we are members of Dcarbon8 and we became Planet Positive accredited in 2007.

Office Environment

Long term objective: Develop a sustainable office environment.

Targets

• Implement a Waste Management System (inc. a recycling collection scheme).
• Develop and implement a Green Procurement Policy.
• Implement low energy HVAC and lighting.
• Minimise our travel carbon footprint through the development of a Green Transport Plan (inc. sourcing of low carbon vehicles).

Key Performance Indicator

• EN22 total weight of waste by type and disposal method.
• Volume of water used on site (m3).
• EN29 significant environmental impacts of transporting products and other goods and materials used for the organisation's operations, and transporting members of the workforce.
